Order Processing

All printed books are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship:

  • Within Morocco

  • Internationally, to selected countries worldwide

Printed books are shipped from Morocco.

Shipping Methods

Domestic and international orders are shipped using trusted postal and shipping services, including Amana and other local or international carriers depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination:

  • Morocco: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the country and customs procedures

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays & Issues

Once an order has been shipped, RihamesQuotes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Digital products (eBooks) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
