Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Printed Books

Due to the nature of printed books, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except in the following cases:

  • The book arrives damaged

  • The book received is incorrect

  • The order is lost during shipping

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer:

  • A replacement copy, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Digital Products (eBooks)

All digital products are non-refundable.
Once an eBook has been purchased and delivered, the sale is final.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item).

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
